Sylvia Brown Apartments Site and Drainage Improvements

• DJG upgraded the drainage and improving site for this complex in two phases
• Phases consisted of designing small brick veneer retaining walls to allow regrading of the site to let stormwater drain away from the buildings, relocating fire hydrants, provide handicap access, and also repaved and restriped the parking lot
