Sylvia Brown Apartments Site Lighting Upgrades

• DJG added and modifyed the existing exterior lighting to better distribute lighting of the overall site
• Conducted a site visit to evaluate existing lighting as well as take current foot-candle readings 

• Based on findings, recommendations were made for locations of new pole-mounted lighting fixtures, as the Client did not want any additional building-mounted lighting

• Design included demolition of nine existing light poles and installation of 22 new pole-mounted lighting fixtures

• Existing electrical service was re-worked to provide capacity for site lighting upgrades
