• 17,000 sf, three-bay drive through Station, with associated site, accesses and parking
• Phase I included the building programming, site selection study and schematic design phase

• Reviewed six proposed sites within one-mile radius

• Station includes a community room to accommodate up to 50 people
• Dormitory wing separate from the Station's bunkroom to accommodate a formal live-in program adopted by the Department

• Completed Spring 2008
