Pepsi Bottling Group Warehouse Expansion, Norfolk, VA

This expansion - which doubled the existing warehouse's 30,000 sf size - required a four (4) phased construction to ensure continuous, 24/7 operation of the warehouse
Stormwater management of the site during and after construction was paramount to the City of Norfolk and the Client, and was achieved in part through use of a bio-retention basin
Retrofitting of the original 30,000 sf warehouse was part of the overall enhancement and included restrooms, locker rooms, office, and equipment and truck maintenance areas
Construction Cost: $3,000,000
