Seminole Trail Fire Station Study

• Provided a programming study and site evaluation for the expansion of the existing Seminole Trail Fire Station
• Charlottesville-Albemarle Rescue Squad and the Seminole Trail Volunteer Fire Department identified a committee to provide necessary feedback to determine the ultimate facility required at this strategic site

• After compiling a merged programming document, DJG evaluated the existing building and site to determine the feasibility of adding or modifying to the existing Station, such that operations may continue during the expansion.

• After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that the existing rescue squad facility would need to be demolished to make room for the construction of the new apparatus bays for the merged facility
