Fire Station 3

• Designed a replacement Station for the existing historic Fire Station 3

• The City conducted an in-depth site selection study to identify the ideal location for the proposed replacement Station. After awarded, the City required a study to relocate the fire administrative offices to a more central location

• Programmatic study and a preliminary site investigation suggested placing the replacement Station 3 and the new fire administration offices on the same site. The City opted to only construct the proposed replacement Station at the selected site.

• Station includes three drive-through apparatus bays, bunking for 12 full-time career staff, Battalion Chief office and quarters, community and training room, and fitness room

• 15,882 sf facility
